Fairmount Capital Advisors is an independent financial advisory firm established in 1987 to assist governmental, public, and private organizations with capital planning and transaction management services for taxable and tax-exempt debt. Fairmount has advised on financings for virtually every type of credit and transaction structure, has served issuers of all sizes and credit strengths and has provided advisory services for derivative products and investment advisory services for bond proceeds and trustee-held funds since the early 1990s.

Fairmount is skilled at identifying alternative financing structures and their accompanying operating and balance sheet consequences. We have the full capabilities needed to devise alternative structures that may better meet our clients' multiple financial objectives. Our experience at this type of capital planning and consulting goes well beyond "doing deals".
